1. What this community is (and isn’t)
The Freedom Seekers Circle is a paid, reflective, community-based space designed to support self-inquiry, perspective, and connection for freedom-seeking entrepreneurs.
It is not:
• A coaching programme
• A therapy service
• A mental health service
• A business consultancy
• A problem-solving or advice-giving forum
By joining, you acknowledge that this space is for reflection, connection, and personal exploration only.
2. Membership & Access
Your membership grants you access to:
• The WhatsApp community
• The Notion dashboard
• Monthly themes and resources
• The monthly Cowork + Connect session
Access is active while your subscription is active.
If your subscription ends (for any reason), your access to the community spaces will end too. You are always welcome to rejoin in the future.
3. Payments & Billing
The Freedom Seekers Circle is a recurring monthly subscription.
Payments are processed via Kajabi and your chosen payment provider.
You agree to:
• Pay the stated monthly fee
• Allow automatic recurring charges
• Manage your own subscription
4. Cancellations
You may cancel at any time via your Kajabi account:

Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription
Once cancelled, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time.
5. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of this community and immediate access being granted, refunds are not offered.
6. Community Behaviour
By joining, you agree to follow the community guidelines, including:
• No hate, discrimination, or abusive behaviour
• No self-promotion or solicitation
• No unsolicited advice or coaching
• Respect for different perspectives
• Confidentiality of shared content
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the community without refund.
7. Right to Remove Access
I reserve the right to remove any member from the community at my discretion if their behaviour is harmful, disruptive, or misaligned with the values of the space.
This is to protect the emotional safety of the group.
8. No Guarantees
I do not guarantee any specific results from participation in this community.
This space is about exploration, reflection, and connection – not outcomes.
9. Liability
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and well-being.
By joining, you agree that I am not liable for any decisions you make in your lifestyle or business based on participation in this community.
10. Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued participation in the community means you accept any updates.
