Let's Get You Closer To Location Freedom👇
It's time to pack your bags (and your laptop)! Your quiz results show that you're ready to create more Location Freedom in your life – and I'm here to guide you on that journey.
Building a business that allows you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world is key to achieving your goals.
But here's the secret: Embrace the digital nomad mindset.
This means working on something that isn't tied to a physical location, has flexible hours that can adapt to different time zones, and allows you to work remotely with ease.
Why is this crucial to factor in to your business model for location freedom?
Because the traditional 9-to-5, office-bound model is a thing of the past! You deserve to live and work from wherever you choose, whether it's a beachside villa in Bali, a cozy cafe in Paris, or your favorite co-working space in your hometown. Prioritizing location freedom from the start means you can design a life of adventure and exploration, without sacrificing your income or career goals.
The good thing is because you are mainly focused on finding location freedom, rather than time and financial freedom - you have more options... You could opt for remote work, freelance gigs or seasonal projects as this would give you the location independence, but if you want to build something on your own I'm going to give you my suggestions.
So, which business model is going to work best to get you closer to Location Freedom based on your skill-set?
For The Creatives: Your creative talents can travel with you around the globe, opening doors to location independence!
Recommended business model for your creative skillset: Digital Creative Services - Offer creative services like graphic design, content creation, or branding that can be delivered remotely to clients worldwide.
Example: Run a location-independent branding studio where you create logos, brand identities, and creative assets for clients while working from your dream destinations.
Also consider: Digital Product Creation - Design and sell digital products like social media or website design templates, presets, or printable art through online platforms that handle delivery automatically (Kajabi, Etsy, Stan), run ads or Pinterest pins to them for a simple (off socials) marketing strategy, allowing you to sell from anywhere with internet access.
Another one for creative writers: Ghostwriting - Write books, articles, or other content on behalf of clients, without receiving public credit for your work. You just need to showcase your writing talents and pitch for clients that might benefit from your style and you're good to go...
If you don't want to start a full on business - you can also look at freelance projects in design for companies that don't need you to be on site.
For The People Supporters: Your supportive nature can easily reach people globally, creating a truly location-independent business using this wonderful skill of helping people!
Recommended business model for your supportive nature: Online Coaching, Mentoring or Therapist - Provide guidance and support to clients through video calls and online communication platforms, allowing you to serve and help people from anywhere in the world (within a niche you already know, love and understand).
Example: You're currently a fitness trainer in a gym - You could build a virtual coaching practice where you connect with you personal training clients via Zoom, conduct group fitness sessions online, and nurture your community through digital platforms - all while traveling and exploring new places.
Also consider: Global Community Building - Create and manage online communities or membership sites that connect like-minded people around shared interests or goals, with you facilitating from wherever you happen to be at the moment. You can monetize with monthly retainer fees, affiliates, or paid workshops.
Another option might be: Teaching or Tutoring Privately if you already have language skills or the skill-set to teach/tutor on a specific subject you could locally promote in your existing community in your currently location, then take it online hosting virtual sessions. Private teaching and tutoring will be much more sustainable income than going through a 3rd party platform.
For The Problem Solvers & Analysts: Your analytical skills can solve problems across borders and time zones!
Recommended business model for your analytical skills: Remote Analytical Consulting - Offer specialized analysis and problem-solving services to clients worldwide through virtual collaboration tools.
Example: You're a financial analyst in a corporate right now, you can use the same approach you have in your full time job to provide data analysis, business intelligence, or strategic planning services to companies around the globe, delivering insights and solutions through digital presentations and reports.
Also consider: Global Research Services - Conduct specialized market research or industry analysis that can be performed from anywhere and delivered digitally to clients in multiple countries.
For both of these - you could find a remote job for a company in this niche, or approach businesses you want to research for.
For The Techy Ones: Your technical knowledge is incredibly valuable in today's digital economy and can be leveraged anywhere in the world!
Best business model for you based on your technical skillset: Product Designer - Build Niche Specific Technical Products - Focus on high-value technical solutions for businesses with meaningful budgets (websites, apps, systems) with pricing starting at $5K+.
Example: You see an opportunity for a Shopify app integration that doesn't already exist on the market - you develop this and then sell it to E-Commerce stores that could benefit on a monthly high-ticket retainer. Thanks to online meetings and communication tools you can support your customers anywhere in the world.
Also consider: Tech-problem-focused high-ticket courses or consulting: Teaching others to easily integrate the technical skills you possess into their own business. Sell your technical knowledge to benefit another business for a high value to generate Financial Freedom.
For The Sales People: Your sales abilities can connect with customers and close deals from anywhere in the world!
Best business model for you based on your sales skills: High-Ticket Sales Consulting or Agency - Help businesses improve their sales processes or even handle sales calls on their behalf (with commissions or high monthly retainers).
Focus on a niche you already know well/have contacts in and onboard clients within this niche where you will essentially do their sales for them.
You can charge a monthly retainer fee on a 6-12 month contract + commission, and conduct all business online, offering location freedom.
Also consider: Affiliate Marketing or Partnerships - Build a network of strategic partnerships or affiliate relationships that generate commission-based income regardless of your physical location.
You could monetize this by promoting through social media, your own website, blogs, Pinterest, and even ads.
For The Organizers: Your organizational talents can create order from chaos for clients worldwide!
Recommended business model for your organizational skills: Virtual Assistant - Help businesses streamline their day to day admin processes, improve efficiency, and create better organization through remote collaboration. Onboard a few clients that align with your values and offer these services anywhere you are in the world.
Also consider: Freelance Travel Agent: Organize, plan and book travel itineraries for bespoke clients, specializing in specific destinations or travel styles - that you have already experienced yourself.
You can work from anywhere and use your personal travel experiences to help you sell your bespoke service. Not only can you monetize through the organizational side of things, affiliate yourself with travel companies to gain additional revenue.
Important Note: Achieving location freedom requires reliable internet access, effective communication across time zones, and the ability to create boundaries that protect your travel experiences.
Make sure to invest in the right tools, develop strong virtual communication skills, and establish clear expectations with clients about your availability and response times.
